Madigan Maksym Development LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Moxra suite of products: ClauseGuard, STR Optimizer, and Entity Monitor. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights with respect to that data.

We do not collect sensitive personal information such as government IDs, financial account numbers, or health information. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We do not use your submitted content (contracts, listings, entity watchlists) to train AI models or sell to third parties.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it. Analysis results and submitted content are retained for the duration of your account to power the History feature and may be deleted upon request.
We use session cookies necessary for authentication and to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We may use basic analytics (such as page view counts) to understand how the Services are used, but we do not track you across third-party sites.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed credentials, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@moxra.ai.
